Akindeji-Oladeji is the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer. Bode has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BSCE) from Prairie View A&M University, Prairie View, Tx where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and a master’s degree (M. Sc.) from Columbia University, New York, NY. where he graduated Cum Laude. Following school, ‘Bode went to work for CRSS Constructors, Inc – then one of the top-rated engineering and construction companies in America. At CRSS, ‘Bode worked as a Project Support Manager for fifteen months before joining Rich Associates, Inc., Staten Island, NY as its Vice President – Business Development. It was the time Bode spent at Rich Associates that provided him with valuable industry insight and experience as he engaged in residential and commercial property development in Manhattan, Bronx, and Staten Island Boroughs of New York.

Then, ‘Bode moved to Nigeria and took over Associated Engineering & Consultants Ltd., which was later merged with Open-Ended Ventures (Africa) Ltd. (OEV) in 1996 to provide engineering and construction services in Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa. Since then, Bode has continued to build the company which now has an interest in the environment, information technology (IT), power, and transportation sectors of the Nigerian and sub-Saharan African market. Bode is registered with the Council of Regulation of Engineers in Nigeria (COREN), and is also a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).

Adetoye Falusi is the Executive Director – Operations and Systems. Adetoye is a graduate of the Luton University, Luton, Bedfordshire, UK where he obtained a B. Sc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering, and a M. Sc. in business information systems from the City University, London, UK. Adetoye has 22 years’ experience working with first-tier Bourse listed private sector organizations in UK, and has worked in director-level positions with a private sector startup company in Nigeria. Adetoye is registered with the Business Computer Society and has several certifications in various categories of IT applications.

Adetunji Adeleke is the Executive Director – Business and Administration. He brings 32 years of business development and marketing experience to the company. Adetunji is a graduate of the University of Ibadan, Ibadan where he obtained an M. M. P. (Managerial Psychology) and Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta where he graduated with Upper Credit in Marketing. Adetunji is an experienced corporate administrator with strong skillsets in strategic commercial thinking and brand enhancement strategies
