The Board of Directors of Fiat International Ltd. includes individual who have accomplished several feats and overcome interesting challenges in their chosen career and fields.  They are professionals who have experience working for corporations in America as well as Europe and entrepreneurs who have been involved in start-up, and engagement of services in developing countries.  The following are Board members of Fiat International Ltd:

Olabode Akindeji-Oladeji (Engr) – Chairman/CEO

An entrepreneur with interest in agriculture, information technology, and engineering & construction has a bachelors of science in civil engineering (BSCE) degree from Prairie View A&M University, Prairie View, Tx where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and masters of science (M. Sc.) from Columbia University, New York, NY. where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.  Following school, Bode went to work for CRSS Constructors, Inc – then one of the top rated engineering and construction companies in America.  At CRSS, Bode worked as a Project Support Manager for fifteen months before joining Rich Associates, Inc., Staten Island, NY as its Vice President – Business Development. It was the time Bode spent at Rich Associates that provided him with valuable industry insight and experience as he engaged in residential and commercial property development in Manhattan, Bronx, and Staten Island Boroughs of New York.

Presently, Bode is the Vice-President/CEO of Open-Ended Ventures(Africa) Ltd which has interest in Information Technology (IT), Power, Manufacturing and Transportation sectors of the Nigerian and sub-Saharan African market.  Bode is registered with the Council of Regulation of Engineers in Nigeria (COREN) with Registration no: 10488. He is also a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).  Open-Ended Ventures(Africa) ltd which Bode represents on the Board has majority shares in Fiat International Ltd.

Mohammed Ono Edewor – Director

Barr. Edewor brings in 49 years legal practise experience to the board having being a Barrister of both the Inner Temple London UK and the Nigerian Law School. Alhaji Edewor has specialised in advisory, mergers and acquisitions and joint venture practice for international energy, oil & gas as well as marine and shipping sectors. He has interests in several companies amongst which are Cresent Height Insurance Brokers, Aquafront Limited, Trojan Offshore, Horizon Oil International Limited, DGS Energy W/A Limited, SASSSOM Group. Also, he is chairman, board of directors at FIAT International Ltd.

Mr. Fred Akinsulire

An accomplished estate developer and facilities manager, graduated from the University of London with a B. Sc.(Hons) in 1989.  He has experience working as business developer for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Europe and entrepreneur and business manager for SMEs in Nigeria.  He has undertaken numerous housing development projects and undertakes facilities management services on medium sizes estates in partnership with the Nigerian Housing Authority.  He presently holds 5% shares in FIAT International Ltd.
